Construction of a building of 21,000 square feet (including 12,000 square feet dedicated to the company) on Boulevard Métropolitain, Anjou (Montreal).

Expansion of Anjou warehouse to reach 16,000 square feet
2013
Jean Cousineau announce his retirement. Maxime and Isabelle then take over the business. Maxime as President and Isabelle as Vice-President.
2014
Construction and opening of a distribution center of 35,000 square feet in Mirabel (North shore of Montreal). Warehouse of Anjou became a service counter.
2015
Creation of Precision Bolts, Ontarian division of Boulons Plus to better serve the Ontario market.
2016
Introduction of our KPF’s F3125 Korean Import Line on the Canadian Market
2017
We have expanded to Western Canada and United States to cover the whole North American market
2018
Opening the American division of Precision Bolts on American soil (Salem, Oregon) to serve the Anchoring and Fastening Market.
2020
Implementation of a new ERP and WMS (Epicor P21) for all division, to support our growth and future goal.
2021
Expansion of our Mirabel’s distribution center by an additional 15,000 square feet that now give us a total of 50,000 square feet to better serve our customers.
2022
Boulons Plus acquire the anchor manufacturing division of Structure XL and moved it to it’s Mirabel’s warehouse
2023
Relocation of the Salem, Oregon branch to a 20,000 square foot warehouse to increase its storage and manufacturing capacity.
